Plenty of luxury for reasonable price.
Airconditioning didn't get the room cold enough.

the shower is wonderful!!! so comfortable, but the water easily go outside the shower room glass door.
the service of the staff is not good. the front desk staff have no smile all the time, and the attitude is not nice.

This hotel is an excellent value for budget-conscious travelers. the location is unbeatable, with easy access to the subway that takes you to the heart of the city and tons of great restaurants nearby. the rooms may be compact, but they are clean and comfortable. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is tasty with plenty of options. Oh, and the views are stunning!
The walls are a bit thin, so you may hear some noise from your neighbors.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, as it was close to the Metro and walking distance to People's Square. The hotel had great facilities and our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and able to speak English, making it easy to communicate our needs. Additionally, there was a small refrigerator in the room that was activated by our card key, which was convenient.
Not obvious to find.

The hotel was close to a subway station, very convinient, despite its entry door was not over the principal road. There is one McDonalds close, which is good, and you can reach The Bund, Nanjing Road, People Square, etc, walking between 15 and 30 minutes, which is good. We arrived early and the hotel could provide us a room, despite it was in a low floor.
Despite the shower gel was almost empty at the second day, the hotel didn't change it. In the amenities, the hotel is not good. As almost all hotels in China, the carpet of the room was dirty. One point to imporve is that hotel has not its name in English, then we lost some minutes before to arrive, trying to understand if the building behind us was the hotel.

The location of the hotel is 5 min from the Line 1 Metrostation.
My room looked clean on the surface but after a closer look it was dirty. My room got cleaned and was a lot better but I had a lot of stains and mold on the walls.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location on a quiet back alley in a very tiny valley was perfect for me. It provided a serene and tranquil environment, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony. I also felt safe with the in-room safe provided. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. I was highly impressed with the comfort and quality services provided.
I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The room looks beautiful and modern.
The hotel is not so easy to find as it is located in a small and narrow street. The bathroom smells bad and one of the towels was dirty.

I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel near a metro stop and some small shops. the room itself was spacious and had a comfortable bed. the wifi connection was stable and allowed me to browse and watch videos.
My experience was mostly negative. the bathroom wasn't up to standard as the shower was leaking water all over the floor and there was no way to control the temperature of the water.

The staff is nice. It will be better if they can have some more English speaking staff. The wifi facility was really excellent and useful. On the whole the Hotel is clean, within walking distance to Metro (Line 1 & other lines at Peoples square), near shopping street and other attractions.

The price is really good and it's location is near to the Xinzha metro station which is located in Line 1 that was helped us a lot in our tours.
The shops near the hotel most of them are for bicycles and they close with the sunset. And the super market is near the Xinzha metro station so you have to walk for 6-10 minutes to it.
